Crimplesham is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It is situated 2.5 miles (4.0 km) east of the small town of Downham Market, 12 miles (19 km) south of the larger town of King's Lynn, and 37 miles (60 km) west of the city of Norwich.[1]The civil parish has an area of 1,640 acres (660 ha) and in the 2001 census had a population of 221 in 94 households, the population including Stradsett and increasing to 298 at the 2011 Census. For the purposes of local government, the parish falls within the district of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.[2]
